Meursault 1er Cru Les Bouchères

• A ravishingly charming, sensual Premier Cru. This terroir is a very sheltered site with relatively early ripening.

• Our Meursault 1er cru Les Bouchères comes from a single parcel. Its clay-limestone soil is one of the steepest of the commune's Premier Crus. It faces due east and is strewn with small pebbles that mingle with blond earth.
• This wine has a pale yellow color. On the nose, notes of citrus, white flowers and hazelnuts herald a delicate tasting experience. On the palate, freshness, tension, white fruit aromas and a lingering mineral finish.
• Fermented and aged in exclusively French oak barrels for 12 months, with regular stirring of the lees. Our wine is aged in fine-grain French oak barrels (50% new) with personalized toasting.
• A great wine for rock fish, grilled shellfish or poultry.
